The passionate relationship between Alexandra "Spicey" Landé and hip-
hop dance goes back a long way. After attending workshops with street
dance’s biggest names, she decides to dedicate herself to choreography.
Spicey, who has been teaching dance for over 20 years, was inspired by her
love for hip-hop when creating Retrospek.
In this this first piece, she
challenges the rules and codes of Hip-hop while pushing boundaries beyond
measure. Supported by a cast of nine impressive dancers, she invites her
public to experience a unique show where movement and emotions are one.
Retrospek evokes feelings of love, passion, despair and death while
conveying, through music, an electrifying energy.
